Sometimes, you just want a romcom with a relatable, funny, neurotic lead. This one is a gem and one of my favorite films I saw at Frameline!
Who wouldn’t want to see a captivating documentary someone made about their heterosexual Jewish parents who just happened to own one of the most iconic and historically significant gay porn bookstores in queer history?
This film is essential viewing for those interested in the queer cinema canon. We showed clips to our Reel Queer Youth this summer and I am so excited that we are bringing it to festival FOR FREE.

HTBATA is one of my favorite recurring programs we offer at our festivals. It’s a fantastic starting point for cisgender allies to find out how they can best support our trans and gender non conforming friends and family in a safe, open envirionment.
